Biomedical Sciences Program

This program is a unique blend of course work and experiences that gives students a broad conceptual framework while allowing them to focus on applied biomedical sciences.  Students then complete courses chosen from one of two specific degree options based on their career interests:

  • Forensic Science Option for the student who plans a career that will use scientific methods and techniques in law enforcement or other legal investigations. This option provides the science student with basic background in criminal justice and rules of evidence.

Note: The Pre-Clinical Laboratory Science Option is now a Clinical Laboratory Science BS degree.

Although the Biomedical Sciences Program does not offer a graduate degree, it does offer Graduate Courses in support of other Graduate Programs in the College of Science and Engineering.
